我国优秀太极拳运动员最大有氧能力及个体通气阈的研究

摘    要:递增运动负荷中高水平太极拳运动员的心脏泵血功能,通气功能,摄氧功能较强,尤其是利用氧的能力较强,达到优秀耐力项目运动员的水平。赛后血乳酸恰在无氧阈水平上下,平均心率(陈式175.5次/min,42式167.1次/min,杨式155.1次/min)属有氧代谢的中等强度运动,男、女队员的血红蛋白普遍较高。认为缓慢圆活的太极拳运动能获得如此好的心肺功能反应与太极拳演练时注意拳式呼吸和运动训练强度恰在无氧阈水平及其“意气运动”的特点有关,根据太极拳运动员的氧利用率高,推测太极拳运动,对骨骼肌细胞的内呼吸等起到了良好的作用,今后还需加强对外周机制的研究。

Abstract:During increasing workload exercises the elite Taijiquan athletes hadve good cardiac pumpingfunction, ventilation and oxygen uptake, especially good oxygen utilization, which come up to the level ofthe elite endurance athletes. Their blood lactate contents after competition were at about the anaerobicthreshold (AT). Their average heart rates were 175. 5 b/min (Chen style), 167. 1 b/min (42 style) and155. 1b/min (Yang style ), respectively, which belong to aerobic exercises of moderate intensity. Thehemoglobin (Hb) contents of both the male and female athletes were high. It was suggested that the slowand circular Taijiquan exercises could obtain such a good cardiorespiratory function, which related to theQuan style respiration during Taijiquan exercises, the training intensity at the anaerobic threshold leveland the features of" Yi Qi movements". In accordance with the high oxygen utilization of the Taijiquanathletes it' can be inferred that Taijiquan exercises have a good effect on the internal respiration of theskeletal muscle cells and so on. And research on the external mechanism must be strengthened in future.
