| 摘 要： | 采用自编"大学生参加体育活动情况调查问卷"和"大学生心理健康诊断量表"对在校大学生3 267人进行调查,结果表明:运动群体大学生的心理健康水平明显高于非运动群体大学生的心理健康水平;重点大学学生的心理健康水平明显高于非重点大学学生的心理健康水平;低年级学生的心理健康水平明显高于高年级学生的心理健康水平,并针对结果提出了几点建设性的建议.

| Abstract: | The authors in this research applied the self-conducted College Students' Sports Participation Investigation Questionnaire and the adapted questionnaire Psychological Health Diagnosis for College Students Scale in investigating 3267 college students.The results are as follows: Compared with non-sport-group of college students,sport-group of college students has higher level of psychological health significantly;those who come from famous colleges have higher level of psychological health significantly;and psychological health level decreases significantly with the grade escalating.With the results above,several constructive suggestions are put forward. |
