| 摘 要： | 少年儿童体校办学水平直接关系到我国竞技体育兴衰.通过对宁波市少年儿童体校的办学结构、受训情况、项目设置、场地设施、奖励措施、竞赛制度、传校建设、教体结合、社会支持等方面的调查与分析,探寻少年儿童体校办学的新机制,为建立高素质后备竞技人才的培养模式,提供宝贵的经验.

| Abstract: | The quality of running children's sport schools is directly related with the development of Chinese competitive sports. Through the investigation and analysis of the educational system, training, event arrangement, gym and facilities, rewarding policies, competition rules, construction of sport schools, combination of education and training as well as social support of the children's sport schools, a new system has been explored on how to run children's sport schools, which offers valuable experience in fostering qualified resources in competitive sports. |
