| 摘 要： | 摘要：休闲体育专业是高等院校为了适应和满足社会发展对休闲体育专业人才的需求而产生的一个专业。休闲体育专业培养方案则是高校确定休闲体育专业人才培养规格和保证人才培养质量的指导性文件。采用文献资料法、内容分析法和专家访谈法，基于能力本位视角对所选的20所院校的休闲体育专业本科培养方案进行分析，发现现阶段休闲体育专业本科培养方案的培养目标主要定位于应用型人才，都注重专业能力的培养且各校的课程设置都包括了应有的知识结构和知识层次。但也看到培养规格中的人才培养类型未能与社会需求紧密结合、忽视综合素质养成、专业实践教学环节重视不足和培养方案的规范性不高等问题。提出基于能力本位构建应用型本科休闲体育专业本科培养方案才能解决现有问题：应围绕市场导向，适应社会经济发展的需要，确定休闲体育专业人才培养目标和定位；分析休闲体育专业能力需求，明确休闲体育专业人才的培养规格；构建以能力为导向和本位的课程体系，实现休闲体育专业人才课程的整体优化；突出休闲体育专业实践能力的培养；注重休闲体育专业人才的全面发展，既注重专业素养的培育又要注重综合素养尤其是创新意识的培养。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Leisure sport major is to meet the needs of social development for leisure sports professionals in colleges and universities. Training program of leisure sports major is the guidance for colleges and universities to determine the personnel training specifications of leisure sports talents and ensure the quality of talents training. This study analyzed the undergraduate training programs of leisure sports major in 20 colleges from competence-based perspective by the methods of literature review, content analysis and expert interview, and found that the training objectives of current undergraduate programs of leisure sports major are mainly positioned in the application oriented talents, all of which pay attention to the cultivation of professional ability, and all curriculums include the proper knowledge structure and knowledge level, and also found that talents training type in the training specifications cannot be closely integrated with social needs, training programs neglect the cultivation of comprehensive quality, are lack of attention in professional practice teaching and their standardization is not high. Study put forward that the undergraduate training program of leisure sports major based on competence can be applied to solve the existing problems. We should determine the cultivation objective and orientation of leisure sports talents by focusing on the market and meeting the need of the social and economic development; analyze the professional ability requirements of leisure sports to clear the training specifications of leisure sports talents; construct the ability-oriented curriculum system to achieve the overall optimization of leisure sports curriculum; highlight the cultivation of practical ability; and pay attention to the all-round development of leisure sports professionals including the professional quality cultivation and comprehensive quality cultivation, especially the cultivation of innovative consciousness. |
