| 摘 要： | 蹦床运动员注意能力的选材和训练是影响蹦床运动发展的重要因素之一.采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法和数理统计法,借助注意能力测试软件,对我国25名优秀蹦床运动员、23名一般水平蹦床运动员和34名普通学生的注意能力进行测试.结果表明:优秀蹦床运动员的注意集中稳定能力要明显高于普通学生和一般水平蹦床运动员,注意广度水平比普通学生强,而与一般水平运动员不存在显著性的差异,注意分配能力比普通学生和一般水平运动员差,注意转移能力与普通学生并不存在显著性的差异,而显著强于一般水平运动员.其中,注意广度、注意集中稳定可作为蹦床项目选材的有效指标,注意集中稳定可作为训练的有效指标.

| Abstract: | Scientific selection and training of attention ability of trampoline players can be seen as one of the important factors which impact on the development of the trampoline. With the combination of documentary analysis, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics, with the assistance of the software of Attention Ability Testing, this study conducted a test of the attention ability in a sample of 25 high-level, 23 common-level trampoline players and 34 students who do not major in the trampoline. The results show that: high-level trampoline players are obviously superior to the control group in the ability of attention concentration, whose attention span is higher than common students, but without statistical difference when compared with common-level trampoline players. The attention distribution of experiment group is lower than that of the control group, the attention shift of the former is higher than common-level trampoline players, but no statistical difference when compared with common students. In the attention ability, attention concentration and attention span can be regarded as the index of scientific selection, and attention span can be seen as the index of training in the trampoline. |
