我国高校体育教育专业健美操普修课教学优化设计与实验研究

摘    要:依据现代教学论和教学最优化设计原理,针对目前高校体育专业健美操教学的现状,设计了健美操教学的优化方案.通过教学实验,并对相关数据进行了统计分析研究.目的在于通过健美操教学优化设计方案的实施,解决高校体育教育专业健美操教学学时数量与教学系统化的矛盾,力求使学生在有限的时间内取得最好的学习效果,并以此引起人们对健美操教学理论与实际研究的重视.

Abstract:According to the designing principle of optimal teaching and modern teaching theory, and aiming at the present situation of aerobics teaching in departments of physical education, an optimal schema of aerobics teaching is designed and some relevant data are analyzed through teaching experiments. The purpose is to solve the contradiction between teaching hours and teaching systematicism of aerobics teaching so that students can obtain the best studying effect in the limited time and arouse people's attention to aerobics teaching theory and practical research.
