越野行走对老年人骨密度和骨代谢指标的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨越野行走对老年人骨密度和骨代谢指标影响.方法:50名老年人被分为两组,越野行走组和非运动对照组.运动方式为越野行走.在运动训练结束后分别测试骨密度(BMD),血清骨钙素(BGP),尿脱氧吡啶啉排泄率(DPD/Cr),血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP).结果:越野组的受试者骨密度(BMD),血清骨钙素(BGP),血清骨钙素碱性磷酸酶(ALP)与非运动对照组相比明显升高,而尿脱氧吡啶啉排泄率(DPD/Cr)明显低于对照组.结论:越野行走能够增强人老年人骨密度,改善骨代谢指标.

Abstract:To investigate the effects of Nordic walking on elder people' BMD and bone metabolism markers,50 elder people were divided into 2 groups,Nordic walking group and control group.The sports pattern was Nordic walking.We tested the BMD,BGP,DPD/Cr,Ca,P,ALP after training and then compared these data.The contents of BMD,BGP,ALP of Nordic walking group were higher significantly than those of control group.The contents of DPD/Cr of Nordic walking group were lower significantly than those of control group.Nordic walking can effectively enhance elder people' BMD and the bone metabolism markers.
