摘    要:长期以来,最大吸氧量被看作是评定耐力运动成绩的最好指标。但Hill没有证明作为最大吸氧量特征的吸氧量稳态。吸氧量稳态也没有得到后来研究者的证明。耐力运动的成绩不仅受肺系统摄取O2和心血管系统运输O2的限制,而且还受活动肌本身的一些因素的限制。最近一些研究还表明,最大吸氧量与耐力运动成绩无明显关系,而跑台跑的峰速度和无氧阈与耐力运动成绩密切相关,并可作估测耐力运动成绩的指标。

Abstract:For a long time maximal oxygen uptake has been considered as the best index for determining the endurance exercise performances. However, Hill did not demonstrate the oxygen uptake plateau - the characteristics of Vo2max,and it has not been demonstrated by other investigators ever since. Endurance exercise per formances are restricted not only by the O2 uptake of the lungs and the delivery of O2 in the cardiovascular system,but also by some factors of the exercising muscles themselves. Recently,some studies also indicated that there was no significant relationship between Vo2 max and endurance exercise performances. Instead,there was a close correlation betwen the peak speed on the treadmill and anaerobic threshold and endurance exercise performances. That may be used as the index for estimating endurance exercise performances.
