| 摘 要： | <学生体质健康标准>的实施是学校教育贯彻"健康第一"指导思想的一项重要举措,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对<标准>在中学的实施情况及出现的问题等进行了分析,得出以下结论:<标准>部分测试项目选测指标间的替代性以及台阶试验反映人体心肺功能的有效性值得研究;测试标准的降低不利于客观评价学生体质健康水平;而中学的体质健康教育有待进一步加强.

| Abstract: | The implementation of the "Standard of the Health of Physical Fitness of Students" can be seen as an important measure that applies the educational principles of "Health First" in the physical education at school.Adopted the methods of documentary analysis and questionnaire investigation,this study explored the existing problems in the process of the implementation of the standard in the PE teaching in middle schools.The results of this study indicated that it is essential to conduct research on the substitutes among the selected indexes of some parts of the test events of"standard"and the efficiency of the people's cardiovascular that the sidestep test reflects;decline of the test standard was not helpful for the subjective evaluation of the health level of students' physical health;the health education of physical health of students needs to be strengthened. |
