| 摘 要： | 国际竞技健美操规则的每次修改都会对竞技健美操的发展和与之相匹配的训练方法带来重大变革,本文运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,通过对2001和2005年版的国际竞技健美操评分规则的分析和比较,探讨了新规则变化的主要特点、竞技健美操成套技术的发展趋势以及规则变化对我国运动员的利弊分析,旨在对我国健美操运动员备战2006年健美操世锦赛进行对策研究,以期能对我国运动员能在世锦赛上向金牌冲击提供指向性建议.

| Abstract: | It was recognized that every modification of the international aerobics gymnastics rules can bring significant changes to the development of athletic gymnastics and the training approaches to match it.Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis and expert interview,based on the comparative analysis on the rules of the score evaluation of the the international aerobics gymnastics rules published in 2001 and 2005,this paper explored the main characteristic about the changes of new rule and the developing trend of the aerobics gymnastics technology and the analysis of advantage and disadvantage of the player of our country,in order to conduct the strategy research on the preparation for the 2006 Aerobics Gymnastics World Cup,thereby providing guided suggestion for the Chinese athletes to win the gold medal in the 2006 Aerobics Gymnastics World Cup. |
