| 摘 要： | 建国以来,国家运动队的思想文化建设为我国竞技体育事业的发展提供了思想保证.分析了当前运动队的思想政治工作、科学文化教育以及竞技体育文化建设中存在的问题,认为实施运动队思想文化建设工程,创新运动队的思想政治工作体系和科学文化教育体系,繁荣竞技体育文化,提高竞技体育的软实力,不仅是完成2008年奥运备战任务的需要,也关系到我国竞技体育事业的长远发展.

| Abstract: | The present article analyzes current situation of ideological and cultural education of national sports teams.The conclusion is that ideological and political education,science and cultural education and sports culture of national sport teams fall behind the changing situation.It is recommended that the teams should implement ideological and cultural education of national sports teams to reform ideological and cultural education system and to develop a sports culture.Enhancing ideological and cultural education of national sports teams and improving soft strength of sports are necessary for a successful 2008 Olympics preparation work and are important for the long term development of Chinese sports. |
