| 摘 要： | 运用社会学、体育学和管理学等学科的理论知识,采用文献资料研究、社会调查、数理统计和理论分析等研究方法,对我国三资企业职工参与体育锻炼的内容、形式、途径,所面临的问题与影响因素进行了系统描述,并在对现状概括与分析的基础上,借鉴欧美发达国家发展群众体育的先进经验,依据我国国情和三资企业经营管理特点,提出了我国三资企业职工体育的发展趋势及发展对策.

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary,social investigation,expert questionnaires,and theoretical research,adopted the studies of sociology,sports,and administration,this study explored the content,form,way,the existing problems and influential factors of workers sports activities in Chinese threetype joint enterprise.Accordingly,learning from the advanced experiences in the western countries,according to the characteristics of management of Chinese three-type joint enterprise and the practical situation in China,several development tendency and strategies of the employee sports of Chinese three-type joint enterprise were proposed. |
