| 摘 要： | 本文随机选取15名健康老年女性为研究对象。采用比利时RSscan公司生产的Footscan 7.9压力分布测试系统采集与分析受试者正常行走、跨越15cm和25cm障碍物三种活动方式的跨障碍前支撑脚(左脚)和跨越障碍后跨越脚(右脚)的足底压力变化数据。研究表明老年女性跨越障碍物前后的支撑腿和跨越腿的足底压力中心轨迹与正常行走明显不同;在跨越15cm和25cm障碍时,支撑腿和跨越腿足底压力的第一和第二峰值都比正常行走小(p<0.05),说明老年女性跨越障碍物时着地和蹬伸力有减小的趋势,以便使身体平稳跨过障碍物;随障碍物高度增加,支撑腿足底足跟内侧、第二、三跖骨和第五跖骨的压力减小明显,跨越腿足底足跟内侧、足跟外侧,第二、三、四跖骨和大脚趾的压力减小明显。
