| 摘 要： | 将老年Wistar大鼠随机分为普通饲料组(ND)、高脂饲料组(HFD)、普通饲料有氧运动组(NDE)及高脂饲料有氧运动组(HFDE).NDE和HFDE组大鼠进行5周游泳训练.研究发现,5周游泳训练后,大鼠的HDL、ApoAI水平明显提高,LDL、TC 、ApoB水平降低;运动组大鼠体重、体脂得到有效控制;经运动后,高脂血症大鼠脂肪肝症状减轻,达到预防高脂血症、冠心病的作用.

| Abstract: | The aged wistar rats are divided randomly into normal diet group (ND), high fat diet group (HFD), normal diet exercise group (NDE), and high fat diet exercise group (HFDE). The rats of NDE and HFDE groups are trained to swim for 5 weeks. It was found that aerobic exercise can improve the aged rats' HDL and ApoAI, reduce LDL, TG, TC and ApoB, and control the body weight and the body fat. After aerobic exercises the fatty liver of hyperlipidemia rats is reduced. There are indications that the aerobic exercise can prevent and cure hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerosis. |
