| 摘 要： | 通过对2003赛季我国成年女子足球队12支球队的春训实地调查,分析我国女足队伍的现状,并探讨我国女足春训阶段的特点及存在的问题.通过调查发现:1)2003年我国春训成年女足教练员经配置调整后,年轻教练员的比例增多,执教女足年限少;运动员年龄结构不均衡,体重比往年有所下降;2)某些队春训计划内容安排不全面;3)春训总负荷变化可分两种类型,负荷高峰在春训的第二三周或第三四周;春训前四周负荷量与强度,一般均是先上训练量再渐上强度,春训后期即赛前一周量与强度呈下降趋势;4)整个春训赛前调控分加量、专项强化、赛前恢复三阶段进行.

| Abstract: | Investigations are made on the present situation, the training arrangement and its implementation of the 2003 spring training in the Chinese women's football teams. The characteristics, laws and problems existing in the training of Chinese women football are approached to provide reference for directing training and competitions. The results of the study indicate that 1) the number of young coaches is increasing after adjusting the arrangement; however, their coaching age is relatively short; the age structure of the players is unbalanced, with declined weight; 2) the arrangement for the spring training for some teams is not comprehensive; 3) the change in the total training load for the spring training can be divided into 2 types. The first 4 weeks witnesses the heaviest training load and increasing intensity; the load of spring training and intensity decline one week before the competition; 4) spring training includes three phases of adding training load, adding intensity and relaxation. |
