艺术体操练习对女大学生形体姿态变化的实验研究

摘    要:对温州大学部分艺术体操选项课的女大学生进行为期一学年的艺术体操练习,探索艺术体操对女大学生体形和行走姿态的影响.在训练前后一周内对学生身体的三围和步态一些指标进行测试.实验结果显示:实验前大部分学生的三围比例不够合理,与理想的三围比,胸围、臀围较小,腹部脂肪堆积较多;行走时,步宽较大,身体重心左右偏移的幅度相对较大.通过练习,学生的三围较实验前更接近标准,身材更加健美;行走时步速加快,双支撑时间缩短,步宽和重心左右移动的距离都明显减小.说明艺术体操练习能够在塑造女性的优美身材、充分显示女性的曲线美的同时,提高学生的平衡能力.

Abstract:This study conducted one-year experimental research on the female college students participating eurhythmics courses in Wenzhou University,and explored the effects of eurhythmics on the body shape and walking feature.The experiments group's students' the chest-line,waist-line,haunch-line and the gait way were measured before and after experiment in a week.The data before the experiment result revealed that the chest-line and the haunch-line was littler than the ideal standard,the abdomen was the place where fat ease to deposit.The result also indicated that the eurhythmics exercise can make the fat of body decrease, increase the lean body mass and the lower limb flexibility,and control group isn't obviously change.At the same time the speed of walking became fast,the two support tine and the distance of the center of gravity move became short.All that indicate the eurhythmics straining can affect the model feminine stature,sufficiently indicate the beautiful of feminine curve.
