| 摘 要： | 通过观察针刺内关穴对跆拳道运动员心肌泵血功能和血液供应的变化及心脏功能的恢复作用, 探讨其对提高跆拳道运动员心功能的可行性及其作用机理.通过对30名跆拳道运动员超声心动图的测试,结果表明:针刺激内关穴可以激发心脏心力储备的潜力,提高运动中心脏的舒张机能和泵血机能,有助于疲劳的恢复,提高运动能力.

| Abstract: | By observing the effects of acupuncturing Neiguan on the restoration of cardiac blood pumping function,blood supply and the recovery of Taekwondo athletes' cardiac function during exercises,the feasibility of improving cardiac function and its mechanism were discussed.30 Taekwondo athletes were examined by echocardiography.The results showed acupuncturing Nei guan acupoint activated the potential of cardiac reserve,improved cardiac diastolic and blood pumping functions during exercise,benefited the elimination of fatigue and improved physical performance. |
