| 摘 要： | 以陕西省、山西省、西安体育学院、河北省、黑龙江省和福建省男子跆拳道队共61名运动员为研究对象,运用问卷调查法和主成分分析及因子分析法从35项初选体能结构指标中筛选出能有效反映我国优秀男子跆拳道运动员体能水平的8项指标,建立了其体能特征模型和等级评价标准.旨在为教练员科学规划运动员的体能训练和跆拳道项目的选材提供了参考依据.

| Abstract: | This paper studies 61 male taekwondo athletes from Shanxi,Shanxi,Xi'an Institute of Physical Education,Hebei,Heilunjiang and Fujian.8 indexes that effectively reflect male taekwondo athletes' physical ability are selected from 35 primary variables by questionnaire,principal components analysis and factor analysis,and evaluation model and grading criteria for assessment are established.This can help coaches in their training program for athletes' physical ability and selection of young talents. |
