| 摘 要： | 通过艾森克个性问卷、体质测试等手段,对普通高等院校贫困男大学生的人格特征状况及其与体质健康状况的关系进行了分析研究,结果表明:1)贫困男大学生与普通男大学生比较,贫困男大学生趋于内向,较为成熟.2)体质健康状况处于较高的水平的贫困男大学生在人格特征上具有外向倾向及情绪稳定特征.人格特征具有内向倾向及不稳定特征的学生,其体质健康状况多处于较低水平.3)应根据贫困男大学生的个性特征和心理健康状况,开展"知信行"融合统一的发展性体质健康教育干预模式.

| Abstract: | With the methods of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and physique testing,the relationship between poor male college students' personality character and physique health is analyzed and researched.The results show as follows.First,poor male students have a inward trend and mature personality characteristics compared with common male students.Second,poor male students that have a higher level of physical fitness possess outward trend and stable emotions on personality characteristics.Those students with the inner trend and unstable emotions often have a lower level of physical fitness.Third,educational intervention model of developing students' physique health with the combination of knowledge,credit and practice should be established according to poor male college students' personality character and mental health. |
