| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料调研、专家访谈等方法,对江苏普通高校大学女生余暇体育活动进行现状分析,结果表明:大学女生相对于男生来说,对余暇体育的态度不够积极,余暇体育活动的时间、次数不足;健美操项目在高校女生余暇体育活动中占有相当的比例,多数女生喜欢选择这个项目;女生在进行余暇体育活动时缺乏独立性和自主性;活动场地以免费运动场馆为主;学习负担重,缺少运动场地和器材是影响女生参加余暇体育活动的主要原因.

| Abstract: | Adopted the questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics, documentary analysis, and expert interviews, this paper makes an analysis on recreational sports of female college students. The results can be concluded as follows: firstly, compared with boy students, girl students are less interested in recreational sports and have less time and participation in recreation activities. Secondly, gymnastics takes a large proportion in female students' recreational sports. Thirdly, most of the female college students are lack of independence and self-determination during the participation in recreation sports. Fourthly, they chiefly take the exercises in the gyms and stadiums for free. Further, the main factor that affects girls taking exercises is the heavy study load, shortage of gyms and equipment. |
