| 摘 要： | 百年来,奥林匹克运动一直把促进体育参与者的和谐发展作为追求的崇高目标,但奥林匹克运动主体-运动员却面临和谐发展的困境和危机.运动员是奥林匹克主义的主要载体和实践者,奥林匹克思想和奥林匹克精神要通过他们去体现、传播和弘扬.因此,奥林匹克运动要在21世纪健康持续发展下去,就必须坚持"以人为本"的根本价值取向,回归运动员的主体地位,使竞技体育与教育融为一体、与文化密切结合,并谋求中西方体育文化传统的互补融合.重视和解决运动员的和谐发展问题,使运动员真正成为社会的楷模和青年人的榜样.

| Abstract: | Within more than a century,the Olympics take the harmonious development of the participants as a great aim.But the athletes as principal part are facing some crisis.The athletes are important carriers and participants that the Olympic spirits depend on.Therefore,the Olympics should persevere in "people oriented" and think much of athletes themselves.So it can combine the athletics with education,and pursue the amalgamation between different cultures.It means to make a point of developing the athletes harmoniously,and to set the athletes social paradigms. |
