| 摘 要： | 使用上海第二军医大学耐星生物医学工程研究所研制的 CF- II型心血管功能检诊仪 ,对上海、西藏两散手队运动员和上海体育学院散手专项班的 40名运动员以及 2 0名普通大学生在安静状态下进行血流动力学测试。安静状态下上海、西藏队的优秀散手运动员具有良好的冠脉循环、心肌收缩力 ,较低的心率、心肌耗氧量。心脏具有良好的作功储备能力。优秀散手运动员微循环指数略低于普通值 ,并有大动脉顺应性较好的特征 ,这可能是散手运动项目心血管功能适应。

| Abstract: | In the study the CF II cardiovascular functional diagnosis instrument made in Naixing Biological Medical Engineering Institute of the Second Army Medical University was applied. The hemodynamic tests were made at rest in the athletes of the Shanghai and Xizang Shanshou teams, 40 athletes of the class majoring in Shanshou and 20 students of the Shanghai Institute of PE. At rest the coronary circulation and myocardial contractility of the Sanshou elite athletes of the Shanghai and Xizang Sanshou teams were good, their heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption were low. And there were good cardiac reserves of their hearts. The microcirculation indexes of the elite Sanshou athletes were lower than the common value. Their large arteries were of the characteristics of better compliance, which may be due to the adaptation of cardiovascular function of the Sanshou athletes. |
