摘    要:观察了8名国家女子中长跑队员5周的青海多巴高原训练(2 366 m)及3周模拟高原训练--高住低训(2 500 m)的血象变化.结果表明,虽然受试者均为初次进行高原训练,但高原训练并没有引起血象指标的明显升高,反而在高原训练后期红细胞(RBC),血红蛋白(Hb)等明显下降.下高原1周后血象指标高于或接近高原训练前水平,2周后大幅度下降;同样,模拟高原训练也没有引起血象指标的明显变化.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of 5-week typical altitude training in Duoba(2366m),Qinghai province and 3-week stimulated "Living high,training low,HiLo"(2500m) on hematological parameters,eight elite female runners of the national team were recruited to participate the comparative study.The results indicated that in spite of being the young runners without any experience of altitude training,the elite female athletes experienced non-significant increases in numbers of red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb) and hematocrite(Hct) but significant decreases after altitude training.The levels of RBC,Hb and Hct in the first week of post-altitude were near to or higher than those of pre-altitude and decreased greatly in the second week.It was also found that 21-day simulated HiLo training had no significant effects on the levels of RBC,Hb and Hct.
