| Abstract: | Based on an all-round investigation of the present status of sports for industrial employees in Beijing,the study explained the value and features of sports for industrial employees under the condittion of market economy. The advantages and disadvantages for developing sports for industrial employees under new situation and various changes in this scope were discussed. Suggestions to deepen the reform of sports for industrial employees in Beijing were presented. |
