| 摘 要： | 为了进一步提高我国优秀的男子中跑运动员的训练水平和运动成绩,缩小与亚洲乃至同世界先进水平的差距,同时也为我国广大中跑教练员科学的安排中跑技术训练提供理论依据,利用高速录像拍摄法、比较分析法、数理统计法等对参加2004年全国田径冠军赛暨大奖赛总决赛合肥站的我国优秀的男子1 500 m运动员各段落途中跑的运动学特征进行了专题研究.研究结果表明:与世界优秀的男子中跑运动员塞.科相比,我国优秀的男子1 500 m运动员存在的差距主要是在第二、三圈的平均速度上,而这主要是由于我国优秀的男子1 500 m运动员在第二、三圈的缓冲时间延长、后蹬时间缩短所造成.

| Abstract: | In order to further improve the sporting level and achievement of Chinese elite men middle distance runners,reduce the gap with world advanced level, and at the same time provide some academic references for most middle distance coaches in our country so that they can plan the technique training more scientifically.With the methods of recording the image at a high speed,comparative analysis,and mathematical statistics,we analyze the runners' common kinematics' characteristics of different phases in the way run of the men 1500-meter final in the National Big Prize Match of Track and Field held in Hefei in 2004.The results show that the Chinese elite men 1500-meter runners' average speed is much slower in the second and third lap than Seke because Chinese elite men 1500-meter runners' supporting time becomes longer and the trampling time gets shorter in the second and third lap.It is the longer supporting time and the shorter trampling time that cause the slower speed in the second and third lap. |
