摘    要:骨骼肌疲劳一直是学者们研究的重点.越来越多的研究证明骨骼肌疲劳发生的关键机制不是源于神经传导,而在肌肉本身.其中E-C耦联阻滞起着决定性作用.国外广泛采用电刺激方案建立离体骨骼肌疲劳模型进行膜电位和肌力研究;但国内这方面研究起步较晚,且发展缓慢.综述了近年来离子浓度对膜电位和骨胳肌疲劳影响的研究进展.

Abstract:Skeletal muscle fatigue is always the emphasis which the scholars study.More and more researches prove that the essential mechanism of muscular fatigue does not origin in the nerve conduction,but in muscle itself.E-C coupling has the decisive effect.Membrane potential and muscle strength are studied extensively by setting up models about isolated skeletal muscles through electric stimulation abroad;but studies of this aspect starts late domestic,and also develops slowly.This paper summarizes the research pr...
