| 摘 要： | 对湖南省教授的职业病、工作强度心理压力和健康认知状况的调查结果表明,教授这一群体的身心健康总体状况不容乐观.教授的职业病和现在所承担的工作负荷及认知健康心理形成很大的不科学性的反差,平均工作时间长、职业病突出,易患头痛、眼睛痛、咽喉痛、肠胃痛、心脏病等疾病,再加上认知健康心理差,严重威胁着教授的身心健康.改善教授身心健康状况已刻不容缓.

| Abstract: | This study conducted a survey on the professional illness,working psychological pressure and the health awareness among university professors in Hunan.The results of this study indicated that the overall situation of the health condition of university professors were not so good.Their professional illness and working pressure represented a sharp contrast with their health awareness.Their physical and mental health is evenly threatened by their vague health awareness and their long working time resulted in such as headache,the diseases in their eyes,their throats,their stomach and hearts.Therefore it is an absolute urgency to improve their physical and mental health. |
