| 摘 要： | 借助足底压力测试系统,获得60名7岁男童静止站立和自然行走时足底压力分布特征,结果表明:无论是站立还是行走肥胖儿童在足底某些区域的足底压力、足地接触面积以及压强等要显著高于正常组,尤其是在足跟、足弓以及第3-5跖骨头处冲量变化和压强时间变化率也显著增高,这大大增加足病痛的风险。

| Abstract: | With plantar pressure test system,the research obtains the distribution characteristics of the plantar pressure while sanding and natural walking of 60 seven years old boys.Results showed that whether in the standing or walking position,some regions of the plantar foot pressure,adequate access to area,as well as to pressure of obese children are significantly higher than the normal,especially in the heel,arch and the third to the fifth metatarsal head,the impulse time change and the rate of change of pressure is also significantly increased,which greatly increase the risk of foot pain. |
