摘    要:丙酮酸是一种新型的,安全有效的膳食补充剂.已有的研究均提示:丙酮酸可能在促进减体重,特别是减体脂、改善运动情绪、增加肌肉耐力和运动能力、抑制自由基生成和促进自由基清除和抗疲劳等方面有明显的效果.丙酮酸的作用机制尚不清楚.推荐剂量条件下,丙酮酸长期使用的实际作用效果, 性别差异、训练水平和训练方式对其作用效果的影响,以及丙酮酸与其他运动补剂的交互作用尚未见报道.

Abstract:Pyruvate is a new, safe and effective dietary supplement. It was suggested in the known studies that pyruvate may obviously accelerate weight loss, especially fat loss, improve emotion during exercise, increase muscular endurance and physical performance, inhibit free radical generation, promote free radical elimination and delay fatigue. The functional mechanism of pyruvate is not clear now. There are no reports on actual effects of the long term administration of recommended dosage of pyruvate. And effects of sex difference, training level and training patterns on pyruvate functions and the interaction of pyruvate and other nutrition supplements have not yet reported as well.
