| 摘 要： | 调查结果显示:河南省农村初中、小学能够按照国家规定正常开设体育课,但执行体育教学大纲在85%以上的学校比例较小;少数学校领导片面追求升学率,忽视学校体育;农村初中、小学体育经费、场地、器材不足;体育教师待遇、职称偏低,思想不稳定,是影响河南省初中、小学学校体育发展的重要原因.建议:加强农村初中、小学学校体育的管理与监督,改革和完善适合农村学校体育发展的竞争激励机制.

| Abstract: | The investigation results show that P.E can be offered in middle and Primary schools of Henan`s rural areas,but there are only a few schools implementing more than 85% of P.E.teaching outline.The leaders of some schools are after the enrollment quotas and ignore P.E.in schools,which leads to the shortage of the cost,field and equipments of P.E.The treatment and educational background of the teachers and their unstable minds seriously affect the improvement of P.E.in Henan rural middle and primary schools.So the author suggests reinforcing the management and supervision of P.E.and setting up a series of suitable competition systems. |
