游泳训练对大鼠学习记忆能力和海马、纹状体内BDNFmRNA表达的影响

摘    要:目的:研究8周游泳训练对大鼠学习记忆能力和海马、纹状体内BDNFmRNA表达的影响.方法:36只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为安静对照组(n=18)和运动训练组(n=18).训练组大鼠进行8周无负重游泳训练,每周6次,每次60 min.训练结束后,采用Morris水迷宫法检测游泳训练对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响,采用RT-PCR法检测游泳训练后大鼠海马、纹状体BDNFmRNA表达的变化.结果:8周游泳训练后,训练组大鼠海马及纹状体内BDNFmRNA表达均有显著增加,分别上调38%、14%,同时水迷宫测得训练组大鼠学习记忆能力增强.结论:8周游泳训练可以提高大鼠的学习记忆能力,这可能与游泳训练显著上调了大鼠海马、纹状体内BDNFmRNA的表达有关.

Abstract:To explore the effects of 8-weeks swimming training on learning and memory and BDNFmRNA expression in hippocampus and striaturn of rats,36 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control group(n=18) and swimming training group(n=18) randomly.The rats of exercise training group carried on 8-weeks swimming training with no load,6 times every week,1 hour every time.We tested the effects of swimming training on learning and memory by Morris Water Maze,and inspected the BDNFmRNA expression in hippocampus and striaturn by the method of RT-PCR.Compared with the controlled group,8 weeks swimming training enhanced the expression of BDNFmRNA significantly in hippocampus(38% up regulate) and striaturn(14% up regulate),associated with the enhancement of learning and memory.Conclusion:8-weeks swimming training could enhance the capacity of learning and memory of rats,which may relate with the high expression of BDNFmRNA in hippocampus and striaturn of rats.
