海参提取液对抗运动性疲劳的研究

摘    要:观察了海参提取液对小鼠负重游泳时间、常压耐缺氧能力、血红蛋白含量和运动小鼠的乳酸积累的影响.结果表明,海参提取液可显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间和存活时间,具有显著的抗疲劳和抗缺氧效应,同时也显著提高人血红蛋白含量和减少运动小鼠血乳酸的积累,能够提高运动能力.

Abstract:The effect of extraction of holothuria axiologa on swimming time and the abilities of anti-fatigue in normal atmospheric pressure and the content of hemoglobin and the accumulation of blood lactic acid in mice have been observed.The results show that the extraction of holothuria axiologa can largely prolong the swimming time and the survival time of the mice.So it has the effect of anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia.Meanwhile,it has also accelerated the content of hemoglobin and decreased the accumulation of blood lactic acid in mice.The extraction of holothuria axiologa can accelerate the exercise performance.
