| 摘 要： | 以参加2003年全国蹦床冠军赛和五城会蹦床比赛1决赛运动员为主要对象,对蹦床比赛的特点、动作难度、类型、落地技术与动作的稳定性等做了研究.结果表明:蹦床项目的比赛具有不确定性;动作难度和动作的稳定性具有一定的相关性,但并非完全的正相关;在动作的类型上,不同的运动员相对于空翻类动作和转体类动作的稳定性是不一样的;重视下落着网技术的训练,是提高蹦床稳定性的又一个关键因素.

| Abstract: | Through the study on the athletes participating in the 5th City Games and 2003 all Country Trampoline Championships, the paper reveals the characters of trampoline competitions and the relationship between difficulty, type, landing techniques and stability. It shows that trampoline competitions are uncertain. Difficulty and stability are relative, but they are no positive correlative. On the types of movement, different athletes have different stability of flippings and turnings. Another key factor of improving trampoline stability is to emphaze the training of landing techniques. |
