| 摘 要： | 目的:从健康促进的视角出发,了解大学体育人口生命质量的特点和规律.方法:采用回顾性研究方法,自制生命质量问卷,对1230名经常锻炼的大学生体育人口进行生命质量的无记名问卷调查.结果:男生在心理维度、社会纬度和环境纬度的平均分显著高于女生.男性的生命质量总分主要受心理维度的注意集中状况、独立性维度的社会交往能力以及环境维度的个人经济状况等因素的客观状态及其主观满意程度的影响;女生的生命质量总分主要受心理维度的消极感受、自我外形、生活的乐趣等因素的客观状态及其主观满意程度的影响.结论:男女大学生体育人口的生命质量存在不同特点,应进行针对性干预;一些心理因素可能对生命质量总分产生重要影响,应注意心理健康问题.

| Abstract: | Objectives: From the perspective of heath promotion,to understand the characteristics and laws of life quality of sport population.Methods: retrospective and self-designed questionnaire.A questionnaire survey on life quality was conducted and analyzed on 1260 college physical activity students.Results: It was shown that average score of male in terms of Psychological,social and environmental dimension was much higher than that of female.The total score of life quality of male was influenced by the objective status in terms of attention of psychological dimension,social communication ability of independent dimension and personal economic status of environment dimension as well as degree of subjective satisfaction.The total score of life quality of male was affected by the objective status in terms of negative feeling,self-appearance,life interests in psychological dimension and the degree of subjective satisfaction.Conclusion: There existed the Different characteristics in life quality between male college students and female ones,and hence according intervention should been conducted.Certain psychological factors was likely to strongly influenced the total score of life quality,so more attention should been paid to psychological health. |
