| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访问调查、文献资料调研、逻辑推理等方法,从宏观经济学角度探讨在我国总需求不足,采用影响宏观经济利率、税率的措施不能有效扩大消费需求的特有国情下,发展体育消费需求、推动体育产业发展的关键所在,并对其成因进行分析.结果显示:从提高边际消费倾向入手,通过乘数效应扩大体育消费,从而推动整个体育产业的发展是目前我国宏观经济管理的现实选择;我国边际消费倾向持续走低、体育消费水平总体不高主要是受居民经济行为的一般倾向、预期的不确定性、社会保障制度、收入分配差距等因素影响;全面建设小康社会的指标体系的实现,有利于我国提高边际消费倾向,扩大体育消费需求.

| Abstract: | From the angle of macroscopic economy,while the total demand lacking and not enough to enlarge the consumption demand by adjusting the macroscopic economic interest rate and tariff rate, the paper is to discuss what is the key issue to develop sport consumption and push the development of the sport industry, and analyses its reasons. The method of questionnaire, interview, literature review and logical inference are used. The results show that the actual choice of our macroscopic economic management is to start with improving the marginal consumption tendency, enlarge sport consumption by multiplier effect so as to push the development of the whole sport industry; the marginal consumption tendency is descending continually and the sport consume level is not high, the reasons are caused mainly by the general tendency of the country economic action, the indefinite of the future, the society ensure system, the difference of the income and so on; The realization of the target system of all-round building the comfortable society is benefit to improve the marginal consume tendency and enlarge sport consume demand. |
