摘    要:<体育与健康>新课程的改革要求体育教师在课堂中改变旧有的教育观念和行为习惯,这首先对体育教师色情感产生了冲击.一般认为,教师是保守的,是抗拒变革的;另方面,体育教师又无时不刻的在根据实际情境的变化而对教学做出适当的调整和变更.在新课程改革情境下,考虑教师的情感因素,改变教师的不利地位,加强对学校体育设施的投入,正确引导教师树立良好的职业道德观,同事之间建立一种合作学习的氛围.

Abstract:In the background of the reform on physical education and health, teachers must change the traditional teaching role and model, which firstly impacts P.E. teachers' emotion. Generally thought as conservative and refusing to reform, PE teachers keep making adjustment and changes to teaching according to the real situation. With the implementation of the new curriculum, teachers' emotion should be considered to change their unfavorable status, strengthen schools' investment in sports facilities, guide teachers to set up a fine professional attitude and cooperative atmosphere with colleagues.
