动机、归因、自我效能与运动学习效果的相关研究

摘    要:采用文献资料法和测验法,研究了大学生体育学习动机、成就归因、自我效能感与运动学习效果之间的关系,并建立起相关模型.研究结果表明:学习动机、归因、自我效能感是影响大学生运动学习效果的几个重要的内部因素,内部动机与运动学习效果呈显著正相关;内部稳定归因有利于运动学习效果的提高,表现出显著差异性;三者中以自我效能感的差异性最为显著,是预测运动学习效果的良好指标;最后针对三者与大学生运动学习效果的相关性分析结果提出教学建议.

Abstract:Using the methods of literature review and testing, this paper studies the relationships between university students' sport learning motivation,attribution and self-efficacy with sport learning effect and establishes the correlated models. The result shows that learning motivation, attribution and self-efficacy are important inner factors that influence university students' sport learning effects. Intrinsic motivation has significant positive correlation with sport learning effects; Inner stable attribution benefits of the improvement of sport learning effects and shows significant difference; The most significant difference is appeared to be self-efficacy among the three items and it is a good predictive index for sport learning effects. This paper is conclude by proposing some teaching suggestions according to related analysis.
