摘    要:通过指导参加全国教学基本功大赛队员的短期集训,在较短时间内,使参赛队员的速度耐力水平有较大幅度的提高,总结研究了针对体育教育专业学生在有限时间的训练中有效提高运动员的速度耐力,保证集训阶段训练的总跑量、合理分配强度及有氧、混合及无氧跑段的比例,有效的恢复辅助手段是获得较佳训练效果的关键。

Abstract:In coaching and training the students participating in the National Competition of Basic Skills of College Students in Physical Education 2002, our students greatly improved their performance of speed-endurance in a short time. The paper summarizes and researches the development (Build up) of students' speed-endurance in a short term. The key to achieving the target optimum training results are maintaining the total training mileage in a short phase, reasonably arranging the intensity and proportion of aerobic, anaerobic running load and taking effective measure for recovery.
