摘    要:目的:通过观察骨骼肌细胞膜电位在45 min持续电刺激前后的变化,以及针刺对这种变化的影响,探讨针刺治疗骨骼肌劳损的机理。方法:取雄性蟾蜍半腱肌,分离出两束肌细胞,每束骨骼肌细胞数量在20个左右,随机分为实验组或对照组,实验组在刺激结束后即刻给予针刺。采用细胞内微电极技术,记录电刺激(强度2~4V,波宽50 ms,时间45 min,频率2 Hz)前后骨骼肌细胞膜电位的变化。结果:45 min持续电刺激后,骨骼肌细胞的膜电位降低,向去极化方向发展;针刺能促进持续电刺激后骨骼肌细胞膜电位恢复;在本实验条件下,这一作用没有传递到与之临近的另一束肌细胞膜上。结论:针刺确有促进持续电刺激诱发的骨骼肌细胞膜电位恢复的效应。

Abstract:Objective: In order to explore the cellular mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of acupuncture on the muscle damage,the paper investigates the effects of acupuncture on the alteration of membrane potential of skeletal muscle cells induced by 45-min-sustained electrical stimulation.Methods: Two bunches of muscle cells were separated from the semitendinousus of male toads,and randomly assigned to control and experimental groups.There were about 20 muscle cells in each bunch.Intracellular recording was applied to measure the membrane potential of the muscle cells before and after the long-term electric stimulation(stimulus intensity: 2~4V;pulse width: 50ms;duration: 45min;frequency: 2Hz).Acupuncture was exerted immediately after the electrical stimulation in the experimental group.Results and conclusions: The membrane was depolarized after the 45-min-sustained electrical stimulation;acupuncture can accelerate the recovery of sustained electrical stimulation-induced depolarization of the membrane potential.This effect can not transmit to the other bunch of muscle cells nearby during the experiments.
