| 摘 要： | 加强学科建设对体育院校的办学水平、办学特色、学术地位和核心竞争力的提高有着非常重要的意义.通过文献资料、专家访谈等方法,运用系统原理,确立指向性、科学性、可操作性的学科建设原则,进而提出体育学科建设的体育学科系统内互联,体育学科与其他学科互联,体育学科与学科外系统互联的完整工程,并得出:凝练学科特色是生命,加强师资队伍是关键,争取政策和经费是保证,提高研究型学术水平是核心,突出精品工程是基础.其研究结果为体育院校决策学科建设时提供参考.

| Abstract: | It has been well recognized that enhancing the discipline construction plays an important role in promoting the level of running a school,enhancing characteristics of running a school,and developing key competitive power.With the combination of documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,and expert interview,adopted the systematic theory,this study established guidance,science,and practice as the principles of setting up the discipline.Several connections relating to the discipline construction were proposed,including inner systematic interconnection of discipline,systematic interconnection of discipline,external systematic interconnection.It was concluded as the follows: the discipline characteristic is the life.Building of contingent of teachers is the key.Supporting of funds policy is guarantee.Improving of academic level is core.Focusing on outstanding works project is basis.The results of this research aim to provide the theoretical basis for the discipline construction of physical educational institutions. |
