补充海洋肽对大鼠骨骼肌bFGF及Desmin的作用

摘    要:目的:观察适应性训练、补充海洋肽以及大豆蛋白后骨骼肌bFGF及desmin含量的变化,研究运动训练、补充海洋肽以及大豆蛋白对运动性肌肉损伤和修复的影响。方法:以雄性SD大鼠72只,随机分为:安静组、运动组、运动+海洋肽组、运动+大豆蛋白组。进行6周适应性离心运动训练即-5°下坡间歇跑,跑速从20.0 m/min递增至35.0 m/min,每次10~20 min,每周训练5 d,之后给予定量离心负荷,分别取运动后即刻、24 h和48 h不同时间处死、取股中间肌、测试。结果:6周适应性训练可以增强desmin的适应能力。补充海洋肽组股中间肌desmin蛋白丢失较少。补充大豆蛋白组运动后即刻bFGF蛋白表达量显著性低于安静组,运动后48 h组bFGF蛋白表达量显著性高于运动后即刻组。结论:补充海洋肽能够更好的减少离心运动后骨架蛋白的丢失,促进运动后骨骼肌损伤的修复。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate effect of training,the marine bioactive peptide and soybean protein supplementation on content changes of desmin and bFGF after eccentric exercise in rats.Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into non-exercise control group and three training groups: group of supplying marine bioactive peptide,group of supplying soybean protein and group of supplying water.In 6-wk training with five days/wk,the speed raised from 20.0m/min to 35.0m/min,and the grade was always-5°.In the seventh week,the tissues were collected separately at 0h,24h and 48h after eccentric exercise.Results: 1.The desmin content decreased at 0h and began to rise at 48h after eccentric exercise.2.Supplying soybean protein could reduce the loss of desmin.3.bFGF protein content increased earlier than desmin.Conclusion: Supplying soybean protein can repair desmin after eccentric exercise to some extent.Supplying marine bioactive peptide can reduce the loss of desmin better,but not by regulating bFGF.
