| 摘 要： | 我国传统武学理论是历代武术家对武术教学、训练和实战经验的总结,是武术文化的重要组成部分.所以,挖掘整理和分析研究我国古代武学理论,对现代武术理论和实践具有十分重要的指导和借鉴意义.运用文献综述法,依据古籍武学中的"三节论",并结合现代运动解剖学和运动生物力学理论,从实战应用角度研讨武术散手技术的发力和攻防规律等. |

| Abstract: | The Chinese traditional Wushu theory can be seen as the summary of Wushu teaching and training, practical experiences obtained from Wushu experts generation by generation, which is regard as the important part of Chinese Wushu culture. Accordingly it is very essential to excavate and analyze Chinese ancient Wushu theories, which plays an important role in guiding the modern Wushu theory and practice. Adopted the documentary analysis, based on "Three-Jie Theory" of traditional Wushu, with the combination of the modern sport anatomy and sport biological mechanics, this research explored the principles of attacking and protecting of Wushu Sanshou event in the practical level. |
