| 摘 要： | 了解郑州市室内外健身场所及健身器械的环境卫生状况,为制定健身场所卫生标准提供科学依据.采用公共场所卫生标准检验方法,对郑州市10家大型健身房开馆时的微小气候(气温、风速和相对湿度)、空气质量(室内CO、CO2浓度和细菌总数)及社区路径健身器械生物性污染现状进行了检测.10家健身房内的CO、CO2浓度和细菌总数随着开馆时间延长而增高,与开馆前相比超标5.8%且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);室内、室外健身器械均受到不同程度的生物性污染,其中社区路径健身器械细菌的检出率分别高于室内健身器械.因此,应加强对公共健身场所的卫生管理,制定切实可行的清洁、消毒制度,做好经常性的卫生监督工作.

| Abstract: | In order to explore the sanitary conditions of the gymnastic setting and apparatus,the sanitary standard testing method of public locales was adopted to test the air quality(the concentration of CO,CO2 and total bacterial count) in ten large gymnasiums and biologic contaminating conditions of open air gymnastic apparatus in communities.The results of this study indicated that the CO, CO2 concentration and the amount of bacteria in the gymnasium increases as the opening time of the gymnasium prolongs,and compared with the conditions before the opening of the gymnasium it exceeded the standard by 5.8%.The differentia had statistical meanings(p<0.01): The gymnastic apparatus indoors and outdoors were contaminated by organisms in certain degree and there are more bacteria on outdoor apparatus than indoor apparatus.Accordingly it is necessary to tighten up the sanitary management of public gymnastic setting,set up practical cleaning and sterilizing regulations,supervise the sanitary work frequently,and provide urban citizens a clean and sanitary body-building surrounding. |
