| 摘 要： | 旨在通过回顾表象训练的研究历史和现状,对表象训练的实证研究提供理论方向.在扼要介绍表象训练效果的五个传统理论和新近出现的表象应用模型基础上,重点分析了各表象训练理论值得借鉴之处和研究中存在的问题,并作出评价,最后指出表象训练的未来研究应注意各理论的适用范围和借鉴其它学科的研究手段和成果.

| Abstract: | The research history and status quo of imagery training are overviewed,in order to provide theoretical directions for the experimental research of imagery training.Based on the summarization on five traditional theories of the effects of imagery training and the newly-appeared application model of imagery, the advantages and disadvantages of these theories are researched and evaluated. At last,directions and methods of the future research on imagery training are also provided. |
