摘    要:从体育教师角色及师生关系两个方面论述了新体育课程的实施对体育教师提出的新要求.认为在新体育课程实施过程中,要求体育教师塑造实现课程标准的决策者,学习过程的指导者、促进者,学习活动的设计者、组织者,课程内容资源的开发者及体育教育研究者的角色;建立以民主与平等、尊重与信任、理解与合作为特征的师生关系.

Abstract:The paper discusses the new requirements for PE teachers put forward by the implementation of new courses of physical education from teachers' role and the relationship between teachers and students. In the course of implementing the new course, the author thinks that P.E teachers should play the role as a decision-maker as to the standard of the course, a director and promoter in the course of study, a designer and organizer of study activities, a developer of teaching resources and a researcher of physical education. The ideal relationship between teachers and students should be democratic and equal, characterized by esteem and belief, understanding and cooperation.
