| 摘 要： | 伴随着社会主义市场经济体制的日趋完善,特别是行政许可法的颁布实施,对我国体育事业的政府管理职能进行了新的界定.宏观的社会背景要求政府管理职能发生转变,实现政企分开、政事分开,并且要求政府部门应依法行政.新时期政府职能应指向体育公共品的生产与公共服务,对体育市场实行经济监管,而群众体育与竞技体育的管理架构也将发生新的变化. |

| Abstract: | By taking a new definition of sport government management function going with the improvement of socialist market economy system,especially the Administrative License Law brought into effect,the government management function have transformed in the society macro-background so as to implement the detach of government and corporation,government and business,and to ruled by law.The government function must help the product and public service to carry out economic supervision of sport market in which the management structure of sports for public and competitive sports will take a new change in the new time. |
