摘    要:采用特异性放免法测定运动员不同强度、不同方式运动前后外周血浆中内皮素 (ET)的含量 ,以探讨运动员运动时血浆 ET的变化规律。结果表明 ,不同强度、不同方式运动对血浆 ET的影响不同 ,运动强度越大 ,血浆 ET浓度增加越多 ,同时伴收缩压及血乳酸升高 ,并呈正相关 ,跑台力竭运动后血浆 ET浓度增加明显 ,而跑台恒负荷运动和自行车力竭运动不引起显著的血浆 ET的应答变化。提示运动是导致血浆 ET浓度升高的因素之一 ,升高程度具有运动强度的依赖性 ;同时 ,对于全民健身运动中锻炼者掌握适当强度的有氧运动而不致引起血压升高等身体不良反应提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The contents of the peripheral plasma endothelin of athletes were determined by applying specific radioimmunoassay after exercises of different intensity and different pattern in order to probe into the laws of the changes of plasma endothelin. The results indicated that different intensity and different pattern of exercise had different effects on plasma endothelin. The greater the training intensity is, the more the plasma endothelin concentration is. At the same time the systolic pressure and blood lactic acid increased. The concentration of plasma endothelin increased remarkably after exhaustive exercise on the treadmill, but exercises with constant workload and exhaustive exercise on bicycle ergometer did not remarkably induce the change of plasma endothelin response. It was prompted that exercises are the cause of inducing the increase of plasma endothelin concentration. The extent of the increase depends on the training intensity. Besides, it has provided scientific bases for the participants of the National Fitness Program to carry out the aerobic exercises of adequate intensity, which did not induce bad responses, such as the increase of blood pressure.
