| 摘 要： | 通过对江苏省206名不同年龄、不同职业的健身妇女锻炼的坚持性和参与程度的调查,结果表明:强身健体、心理调适、减肥增重、健美体形、休闲娱乐和兴趣爱好是广大妇女坚持锻炼的主要动机.其中强身健体、休闲娱乐和兴趣爱好等动机对妇女锻炼的坚持性和参与性有重要的影响,而心理调适、减肥增重等动机对妇女锻炼的参与性影响大于坚持性,社会交往、追求时尚、防病治病等动机只对妇女锻炼参与性有显著影响,对锻炼的坚持性影响不显著.锻炼动机对不同年龄和不同职业妇女锻练的坚持性和参与程度的影响存在显著差异.

| Abstract: | The study was to investigate into female's persistence and involvement in physical exercise. 206 female with variable age and profession took part in the study. It showed that the main motivations to make them engage in physical exercise were improving their health, relieving stress, gaining (losing) weight, shaping body, entertainment and enlarging their hobby. It mentioned that three motivations played important roles in affecting both their persistent and involvement in physical exercise, which were improving health, entertainment and enlarging hobby. Relieving stress and gaining (losing) weight had more influence upon involvement than upon persistent. Communicating with others, following the fashion and disease prevention just had significant influence on involvement and no significant effect on persistent. It concluded that motivations had significantly different influence on female's persistent and involvement in physical exercise. |
