| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,从山东省高校体育科研的外显特征、内部影响因素和外部制约条件三个方面对山东省高校科研现状及其影响因素进行综合论述,结果表明:山东省高校体育部门已形成一支稳定的体育科研作者群,但科研骨干队伍相对薄弱.不同类型和层次的高校在发表论文数量、承担课题和获得科研奖励的情况具有明显的集中性和不均衡性;高校体育科研队伍的年龄结构逐步趋向合理,职称结构趋于优化,但学历水平整体偏低;高校对体育科研的物质奖励力度不够,大部分高校体育部门的图书期刊资料较少,缺乏大型的体育实验设备和仪器.

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire, visiting and statistics, this paper analyzed surface character, inner effective factors and outer restraints of scientific research on physical education in colleges and universities of Shandong province. It is proved that team of scientific research in sports tend to more stable, but the core authors are still in great demand relatively. Different colleges and universities are concentrative and not proportional in the amount of published papers, topics and award over government agency. Its structure of age and professional titles tend to more suitable. The ratio of teachers with master and doctor degree is still very low. The material award to sports scientific research is not enough, and the library resources are not enough in a lots of colleges and universities, and experiment apparatus are still needed badly. |
