摘    要:自由基(FR)又称游离基,是指外层轨道上含有一个或一个以上未配对的电子、原子、离子或基团,而这些可造成许多生物分子如蛋白质、核酸、膜不饱和脂肪酸的损伤。本文运用文献综述研究方法,对急性运动引起自由基增加的机制和对自由基生成的影响进行了详细的分析,以探讨急性运动对自由基代谢的影响。

Abstract:The free radical also called hydroxyl radical. They are electron or atoms or ions groups which contain one or more un- paired ions in outer orbit. These iron groups can induce the damage of biological macromolecule, such as protein, nucleic acid, un- saturated fatty acids. By studying of literature, the author analyzes the reason of increasing free radical and the effects of causing free radical increase mechanism. Author discussed the effect on acute exercise on free radical increase.
